No waiver of any expression of such Conditions might be binding Until in composing, no waiver of any time period of these Phrases will be considered a further or continuing waiver of these types of phrase or every other expression, plus the failure of 360Connect to work out or implement any correct or remedy in these Phrases would not waive that pr
